1. Overview

Abigail is a subscription-based private AI-generated companion chat service. By creating an account, using the service, or starting a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms.

Abigail is for entertainment and casual conversation. It is not a dating, matchmaking, escort, adult live-chat, or sexual services platform.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Abigail. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions

Access to the private chat requires an active paid subscription. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and billing details are processed by Stripe. Pricing and available features may vary by subscription tier.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal made available from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise.

4. Generated conversations

Abigail generates responses that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate despite safeguards. The service is not a provider of medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or emergency advice. Do not rely on Abigail for decisions that require a licensed professional.

Generated replies are not statements by a real person. Abigail does not form real-world romantic, personal, professional, or fiduciary relationships with users.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Abigail to request, create, upload, or distribute illegal content, explicit sexual content, nudity, pornography, adult services, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, harassment, hate, threats, malware, privacy violations, or attempts to bypass safety controls.

You may not upload nude, sexually explicit, exploitative, non-consensual, illegal, or third-party private images or files. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

We may limit features, remove content, review flagged activity, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, create payment or safety risk, or interfere with the service.

6. Files and user content

Some subscription tiers may allow file uploads. Uploaded files are used to provide the chat experience, safety review, account support, and abuse prevention. We do not claim ownership of your submitted content, but you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and delete it as part of operating Abigail.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, technical limitations, or business reasons. We may also update these Terms, and continued use means you accept the updated version.
